          Dear Monder_Chehata & DEVEL-L,

          Thank you for the note.  I myself was concerned with the
          possible breach of netiquette when considering the post.
          Being new to the Internet, I consulted an experienced
          cybernaut about putting our courses on this list.

          The response was to go ahead and post, since the courses are
          offered on a not for profit basis. The University is
          offering these courses on a cost recovery basis only, as is
          required by state law.

          I apologize if this post was not in line with list norms.
