I *WORK* with clinic nurses. They don't need a computer and Internet, they need a regular clinic visit and a pickup/flying squad service.

They do indeed need that. They do indeed work on that. The do indeed spend a fortune on that.

Maybe you want to go and look at the setup in deep, deep rural Alabama.
