15 per day? This is a full percent of the ship's company, per day? You sure you got your figures straight?

I'd like to talk to people who actually use this. I am aware of realtime TV with sound. They do this around Bullock, TX but I have strong reservations towards the coast/benefit ratio there. And in this case this is clearly not Internet, but the military network, which has a totally different infrastrucure.

Actually I don't think it will be an issue for big hospitals. Why would they? So they can bill less?

However, I still maintain that there is no facility yet that does Computer Aided Consulting sucessfully. Which is what we are talking about. The issue arose from a point that was made with regards to bringing Internet to developing country. Hardly comparable to US Navy infrastructure....
