Subject:      Info on the Price of Water

I trying to find information on the comparative "price" of water for domestic
use in developing countries, particularly in Africa.  This would include both
production cost and cost to the end-user after subsidies (and in some cases
minus the value of the labor required to obtain the water).  I assume water
tariffs vary by season/locality/sector, but I am trying to get an idea of the
average amount spent on water as a percentage of total income.

Any info or suggestions for appropriate sources would be appreciated.
