Public Health's Center for Communication Programs on your list.

In any case, the email address for their Media/Materials
Clearinghouse is: mailto:mmc@jhu.edu.

They "repsond to requests from health and family planning
professionals who request materials and information for training,
advocacy, materials development and other project activities". They
have worked on projects such as you describe.
