You have quite eloquently described the long acknowledged *need* for the shift in the organizational structure paradigm from: Bureaucratic (autocratic) structures to PARTICIPATIVE DEMOCRATIC ones. The greatest contributor to this paradigm shift, Fred Emery, just died yesterday in Australia at the age of 71.
The world has suffered a great loss with the death of Fred Emery but he has already contributed to the betterment of our societies more than many humans combined and he sure deserves to rest in peace.
