Trying to fix a complex problem with a simple instrument may work when dealing with machines not humans. This solution is somewhat analogous to having a square mold and expecting the object that comes out of it to fit into a round-shaped hole! This can only work after people have been given the opportunity to change either the square mold or the round-shaped hole.
'Til then, no can do!
