Dear JC--Are you saying that efforts to increase the availability of condoms in countries where HIV is prevalent and social/population pressures great is a bad idea or an irrelevant idea? I grant that people and human situations are very complex. Do all aspects of a problem need to be solved simultaneously or do you think the problems of HIV communication etc can be better addressed by focusing on a different issue?
