Dear Jon, I do not advocate putting aside "good" things until "best" ones can be implemented.
Unfortunately ideal-seeking behavior can ONLY take place in the right environment. Thus, what I would like people focusing their resources on is in creating the "right" environment so that ideal-seeking behavior (i.e., the *desire* AND the *ability* (opportunity & resources)) may be possible.
