PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS:
The only requirements are to fill the inscription form and pay the fees.
General public and students can register until the day of the Congress.
Exponents will have to present their registration and an abstract of their
papers before May 15 1998, nevertheless they pay the registration fees
until July 17 1998.


ABSTRACTS PRESENTATION:
Each exponent must adjust his/her paper to a 15 (fifteen) minutes
presentation limit. Those needing special items such as overhead
projector
or VCR must be specified their request on the registration form.
Before May 15 de 1998, you should send with the registration form and
abstract of your paper (if it's a group project, please list all the
participants).
The abstract should be send in 2 (two) versions, one in a 3+ diskette
and
the other printed, respeting the following guidelines: extension 3/5 (three
to five) pages, letter size, double spaced, Arial font 12 pts, with margins
2.5 cm. Those who will send it by e-mail (our preferred option) will not
need to send a diskette version.
No presentation will be accepted without an inscripcion form or after the
deadline.


DEADLINE TO PRESENT ABSTRACTS:
Abstracts will be received until May 15 1998.

BOOKS, MAGAZINES, VIDEOS AND DOCUMENTATION EXHIBITION:
Exhibition materials can be before the beginning of the Congress until
July
17 1998. These materials will not be returned, and will be kept at the
Instituto Interdisciplinario de Estudios de Genero (Interdisciplinary
Institute of Gender Studies Library's).


SELLING OF VIDEOS, BOOKS, MAGAZINES AND DOCUMENTS:
