-------------------------------------- Financing is a very site specific issue and needs to be customized to the situation. For example:

1) Are you looking for loans, grants, privatization or other relationship?

2) What country are you in? Political stability, foreign exchange issues and local rules regarding participation by the finance community are important

3) Size is critical- in any project- How much money is needed, over what period of time and how is the investment to be repaid?

4) management, management, management- what is the system chosen, is it the best possible, and who is to make sure it works?

Other questions build on this.

cheers
