Washington, D.C., April 14, 1998 (IDN) -- The Information for Development Program (infoDev) has recently announced the establishment of the Conference Scholarship Fund (iCSF) to facilitate the participation of individuals from developing countries in conferences fostering the utilization of modern information and communication technologies to address development problems.
