Dear Colleagues,Since posting the Call for Papers and Presentations for the First International Conference on Rural Telecommunications on April 13, we (the National Telephone Cooperative Association - NTCA) have received many inquiries regarding the availability of financial assistance for presenters. I regret that we omitted this information from the original document. Please be advised that NTCA will indeed reimburse certain travel expenses for selected presenters, based on demonstrated need. All who have inquired about this are urged again to submit as early as possible.
