Speaking of corruption, It's about time developing countries' NGO's and civil society echo the renewed initiative by French leader to eliminate the debt burden of developing countries.I see it as a great opportunity to reconcile the obnoxious disparity between the haves and have-nots while caring for our natural environments [e.g. debt-for-nature swaps].
