Dear Friends and Colleagues of Devel-L,

We are asking for a few minutes of your time to help us with an important project that uses Internet technology as a promotional tool to benefit Central America's National Parks. Central America has been devastated by decades of war, political strife and continues to suffer from repeated natural disasters.

In the past few years, the Region has worked very hard to take advantage of peace and stability by developing new exciting industies capable of driving well-being. Tourism has become a very important industry in the Region, and the countries have established National Park systems to protect natural resources and provide high quality attractions for visiting international tourists.

The Central American countries have banded together, with the cooperation of the U.S. National Park Service, to create a new website that provides a "sampler" of Central American National Parks.

The site is almost ready for formal launch. At this time, we need your feedback on the site for us to see if we are achieving what we set out to achieve with the site.

We would greatly appreciate you taking a few minutes to evaluate the website and fill out a VERY short questionnaire on or before April 30th, 1999.

** The website we would like you to review can be found at http://www.nps.gov/centralamerica/

** The questionnaire is also online for you to fill out at: http://www.nps.gov/centralamerica/review/

This project is very important to Central America. The countries have invested a lot ot time and very scarce financial resources to make this possible. We want to be sure that it is the best it can be.

Thank you very much for your help.
