Small & Microenterprise Credit SpecialistNeeded immediately for project to be located in Haiti - ONLY Hai- tian/Americans with strong background in credit programs at the small & micro levels should apply for this position. The candi- date must have at least a master's degree in business administra- tion, finance, banking or management. This person will be responsible for implementing the lending component and will supervise the credit/loan portfolio of the commerical banks. The credit person must possess strong interpersonal skills, fluent oral and written communications in English and French (Creole is desirable) and the ability to manage and coordinate a large team of technicians and analysts.
