USAID Funded AgEnt Program Provides Free Support for US Agribusiness in Sri Lanka

USAID's Agricultural Enterprise (AgEnt) program will assist US exporters to penetrate the Sri Lankan market at no charge. AgEnt has purchased booth space at the Amcham American Trade Fair in Colombo which begins October 31.

AgEnt will display your product brochures and specification list for American companies in the food business -- growing, processing, handling or other aspects. Sri Lanka has a particularly vital market in the poultry, aquaculture and tropical fruit sectors.

AgEnt also works with Sri Lankan entrepreneurs and will provide up to 50% financing for the purchase of American products.
