The Africa Policy Information Center (APIC) has issued a report
(July 1996) on internet links in Africa. It may be useful to list
members who are interested in development and communications in
that region. There are several ways to receive the report, but
the following procedure is the most convenient:

1. Address e-mail to: mailto:apicdata@igc.apc.org 2. Leave SUBJECT blank 3. In MESSAGE: send inet 4. Then SEND the message

You will subsequently receive two separate e-mail files - Part I and Part II of the report. Part I is an 8-page (21k) document and Part II is a 7-page (18k) document. *****************************************************************
