The Community Reinvestment Fund is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit that provides
a secondary market for economic development loans in the U.S. We buy loans
from community-based development organizations, giving them new cash to
reinvest in their communities. We pool the loans and issue bonds, backed by
the loan pools, to private investors. We also provide technical assistance and
loan servicing.

If you work with any community development organizations that have run out of funds to lend in their community, you may be interested in our services. You can learn more by visiting our new web site at: http://www.crfusa.com

The site explains our services and how we give clients a new source of capital to invest in their communities. It describes the process for selling a loan (or portfolio of loans), and gives background on our bonds. Finally, it includes links to dozens of other economic development resources on the Internet.

If you have suggestions, questions, or would like to link to our site, please send us email at: mailto:info@crfusa.com. Thanks
