Dear Friends


I am looking for an energy/technology related development project in
Central America.   I will be in Costa Rica in early January 97 and need to
be in Nicaragua by the 23 February.  In this time I would like to work on a
development project and to improve my Spanish (presently poor).  A
volunteer position would be acceptable in either of these two countries,
travel funds might be needed to reach other areas.


I have experience with most renewable and nonrenewable energy sources from
planning to installation as well as recource evaluation, engineering, and
economics skills.
