Successful candidates will have background in local government budgeting, budget processes, policies and procedures, central government budgeting and issues regarding the resolution of local and cen- tral government budgets. Both positions are 12 month residency positions in either Kazakstan or Kyrgyzstan with possible 6-12 month extensions. Successful candidates will enjoy a highly competitive package of salary and benefits, as well as other allowances dependent on length of assignment and the post of duty.
