Subject:      Env Controls: Dairies, Tanneries,  Slaughterhouses

     Would anyone out there know of any of these industries located in the
     Washington, Baltimore, PA, Virginia area which employ state of the art
     or at least pretty good environmental management/technologies to
     handle the waste products coming out of these processess?  Which could
     be used as an example for visitors from India of how to do it right
     and perhaps as a tour opportunity?
