The posting by Giannia Lodata describing in detail the structuring of a
counter-trade venture seems very strange for the devel-L listserv both
because of its detail and the very specific nature of the form of the
venture.  And, particularly because there are no references or
indications, other than the author's claims that the structure is the best
alternative and that it has been successful only in this embodiment and
that the internal structuring of the corporation, in any way has any
relevance to the success or failure of such a venture.

The posting parties and the person whose names are attached need to present significantly more information to give such a program any credibility with regards to its effacacy and benefits to any company seeking to develop technology transfer activities

At this juncture,IMHO, there are significant questions with regards to the value of the proposal and i look forward to becoming silgnficantly more enlightened
