     It seems that the most effective approach would be to identify research
     projects for which the presence of free-range goats is essential.  These
     projects should then by located in the academic area.  These projects
     should not be central to someone's work so that s/he will not be too
     disheartened when the goats refuse to cooperate by insisting on staying
     outside the academic area.
