3) KuesterLaw - The Technology Law Resource
Provides general information on Intellectual Property Law, particularly as it relates to the US. Interesting site on patents and trademarks.
4)World Wide Web Virtual Library: Law
An extensive meta-index maintained by "Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington". Legal information is defined by organization type and by topic. Very complete. Includes a very useful search engine (otherwise a bit difficult to browse).
5)Oppedahl & Larson Intellectual Property Law Web Server
Oppedahl & Larson is a law firm offering patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property services. This Web server is intended to provide information about intellectual property. An excellent very practical site with no frills attached .
6)Wilson Internet Services
The objective of "Wilson Internet Services" is to provide Web marketing solutions to both small business needs as well as corporate strategy development. It is an attractive site, with a well organized list of links to on-line articles about effective Web marketing and to various Web resources for business. You can also subscribe to Web Marketing Today, a free, bi-weekly newsletter delivered via email.

The Sevloid Guide to Web Publicity is a step-by-step guide to Web site promotion, featuring over 18 strategies on building site traffic. A well designed, down-to-earth , excellent site.
8)The Web Developer's Virtual Library
The WDVL is for webmasters, Internet developers, and online publishers. The focus is on comprehensive coverage of all topics relevant to web development, especially the technical aspects. The WDVL is a collection of articles and links to information about developing World Wide Web sites. The main sections are Authoring, Internet, Location, Multimedia, Reference, and Software. A bit "technical", but if you want to do-it-yourself, this is "THE" place.

The goal of this free online publication is to inform executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, government personnel and other key players on principal developments and trends in the rapidly evolving electronic commerce area all over the World. Interesting and not too "techie"
10)Cyberpreneur's Guide to the Internet.
According to the site description, "The Cyberpreneur's Guide to the Internet" is a guide to Internet -accessible resources of use to someone involved in entrepreneurial uses of the Internet, the Cyberpreneur." Nothing to do really with cyberbusiness (except the title), but still moderetaly useful.
11)MYRADA
MYRADA is a non governmental organization assisting in the promotion of sustainable development and micro-credit initiatives in southern India.This beautifully designed and interesting site presents MYRADA's experience with "Alternate Management Systems for Savings and Credit of the Rural Poor".
12)Smart Business Supersite
SmartBiz SBS was designed with one clear mission: to be the single most important source of high-quality, "how-to" business information on the 'Net.This "free" site offers very interesting links and information in the "browse SBS" section. I particularly liked their "Doing Business on the Internet", "Home-based Business" and "International Business" sections
13)Canadian Financial Network CFN
The objective of the Canadian Financial Network CFN is to provide canadian and global investors with a multi-faceted source of information related to investments and investing in Canada. CFN collection of well over 3000 world financial resources is gathered to save time for investors by describing online resources in sufficient detail to allow them to stop surfing and start targeting information that they want. An excellent site even though the focus is mostly on Canada.
14)Yahoo! Business and Economy
Yahoo! has been rated the # 1 guide to the Internet, both in terms of reach and efficiency, and the "business and economy" section is no exception. This meta-index offers everything you can dream of, from current business headlines and news, finance and investment information, list of meta resources to detailed sub-category listings. Combined with a powerful search engine it is probably the most extensive source of information available on the Net today. Sometimes a bit overwhelming in its scope!!
15)Magnani's "Finance Area"
An italian site on finance. Includes an extensive index of sites. Could have warranted a higher rating if it was not for a lack of selectivity and the fact that it is not too much user' friendly. Still worth several visits.
16) Global Training Resource Directory
Produced by the World Bank Economic Development Institute, it is a one-stop online shop for development policymakers and practitioners to learn about in-service training and professional development opportunities worldwide .A lot of subjects are related to enterprise development subjects.
17)Social Science Information Gateway (SOSIG)
SOSIG is an online catalogue of quality Internet resources. This meta-index covers a wide variety of subjects including Business and Industrial Management , Commerce and Trade, Economics, Finance, Banking, Monetary Systems , International Law , Management , Market Research , Marketing, Vocational Education . An excellent descriptive directory.
18)RFE Resources for Economists on the Internet
Bill Goffe's famous RFE guide lists the many resources on the Internet of interest to academic and practicing economists, and those interested in economics. An excellent and very detailed guide (the full text version is 425k)
19)BizEc
Part of NetEc, an effort to improve the communication of research in Economics via electronic media, BizEc provides a comprehensive international list of select resources in business administration on the Web. Resources cover financing and accounting, general management, human resources, marketing, operations and technology, and economy. What is rather unique about BizEc is that it differentiates between daily, weekly or monthly, and long term resources. Excellent site.
