Associate Director - International Programs
World Neighbors is people-to-people non-profit organization working to eliminate hunger, poverty and disease worldwide by strengthening the capacity of marginalized people to meet their basic needs. World Neighbors seeks an Associate Director of International Programs, responsible for working with key field staff and managing program planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting worldwide. Based at World Neighbors headquarters in Oklahoma City with frequent travel. Position requires 3-5 years relevant experience in a developing country, prior management experience, strong written and spoken English, fluency in an additional language preferred, and a Master's degree or equivalent in an international development field.
