Greetings listers!

I am currently putting together a project for the development of
educational tv in Egypt.  We will be working with the Ministry of
Education on content production, consulting on national policy,
retraining of specialists, pre- and in-service training, and other
areas.

I am interested in the following:

- information or contacts about Brazil and India's national educational
technology initiatives
- contact information for specialists in these areas
- information about other programs in international educational
television
