In the last two days, Kerry has striked again, with 17 kb of political messages (Yes Kerry, 17 K when you include the headers).

Like Cyril, I think the WTO can be improved but answers real needs.

I wonder, however, about the relation between Kerry's leftist teachings and the object of the present list, which is, if I am correct, "Technology transfer in development".

Besides that, Kerry, do you remember that some people interested in development, particularly those from developing countries, have to pay heavily to download your philosophy. This was discussed with you not long ago, and Uwe Bruenjes, from Mexico, I believe, even paid to confirm this.
