Greetings, friends:


I must apologize to everyone for the late notice of the changed date of the second SID EFA-NGO Dialogue.  Several person
 warned me we had proposed the Friday before Labor Day as the date, and we have therefore changed this.  Due to travel a
d conferences, I'm tardy in getting out the word.


We have tentatively selected Thursday, 16 September as the new date.  Confirmation and more details on the content and l
cation are forthcoming, promised by the end of this week.


Again, apologies for any inconvenience this may pose.  However, all the best for a restful Labor Day weekend.
