ReliefNet <http://www.reliefnet.org/> is considering the feasibility
of promoting interactive discussions between individual donors or
people with an interest in developing countries and people living in
areas where there is international aid (probably NGO project leaders,
but not necessarily just them, perhaps local journalists, students or
others). The project would require locating people in developing
countries that have email addresses.


Any leads or thoughts?


We will be contacting nonprofits in the US, such as Oxfam, Red Cross
and APC. I thought I'd ask around informally first.
