Catholic Relief Sevices is looking for an education consultant to help the
organization formulate a school-feeding strategy. The consultancy, which runs
from January to May 1996, requires an individual with substantial amounts of
experience assessing educational projects, preferably school feeding programs or
others using USAID's Title II.
The educational consultant will spend the first 3-4 weeks in Baltimore
headquarters doing a literature and project document review. The next six weeks
will be spent in the field, reviewing two CRS projects, one in Ghana and the
other in India. The fild work will be follwed by roughly 3-4 weeks of write-up
and revision. May 6 is the target date for submission of the report.
