YES!!! Digital librarian "disses" computers while aging consultant
questions utility of past reports ... which is the main issue here, is it
not?  How are the paper or computers used.  Can knee-deep rice farmers
read?  Do they even have the luxury of having their methods challenged?

Thanks for the comments ... I agree with you Big Glee, in fact I can't even get my wife to let me buy one of those sexy laptops! (_She_ knows I will drop it in the first rice field I go out to monitor!)

And thank the Lord I get a chance to go out and meet those farmers for a reality check. Each medium has its drawbacks. Paper needs readers, computers need electricity and telephones, television needs electricity, TVs and emitters, radio needs batteries and emitters .... The aim must be to use the best medium for each job.

And yes computers without hardcopy inform a restricted virtual universe.
