Greetings!

My name is Daaim (Da'eem). I am a doctoral student collecting data to analyze the influence of Internet technology on regional trade. For the purpose of this study, I am seeking input from individuals involved with IT development in the West African region.

The countries comprising this region are:

Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Cote D'Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo.

What I am seeking is perceptions on (1) how certain factors influence Internet adoption and (2) how the Internet can improve within the West African subregion. If you are interested in offering your input, please send me the following information.
