I'll bet Mr. Johnson will disqualify Israel because the present "ruling
class" displaced the original population.  Mr. Johnson will have some
arbitrary time which will exclude the Jewish population as the original
occupants.  Or Mr. Johnson may find some excuse to say that Israel was
industrialized, not deprived of natural resources.

Mr. Johnson asked a question that only he knows the conditions qualifying the answer. Until he makes public *All* the conditions, no answer will be correct. It may be that there is no correct answer. We'll just have to wait until Mr. Johnson makes his real purpose clear.

Who knows, we may just be doing his homework for a project/paper he was assigned to do in class.
