Dear friends:

Back inside the stirring pot.

#"There has never, in history, been a former colony which has risen from the third world to take its place among the developed nations in the first world".#

Thinking that way, a third world country will never develop. No way countries like us, with our problems will be able to cope with an additional inferiority complex

Third world countries must use wisely their own strenghts and go ahead into the bumpy road. However, remember that some internal cleanup is absolutely necessary.

The "Blame others" policy is an excuse for incapable governments. And yes, I am a Colombian, so I could easily be blaming others, as my Government does. Atentamente
