Dear friends:Funny as it sounds, please distinguish intention from reality. Try installing a solar powered cooker in San Francisco, or London, etc. They are not even there... I wonder why... It is also very expensive to buy and complicated to take from the home to the selling place. This is a matter of business economics alone.
I prefer dirty unclean and fast street food Mmm yummy... :-) Like those wonderful "Choclos" -corns- all over Ecuador. Honestly, never had a better and bigger corns in my life than the ones I had there. And "tostados"-I guess they are fried corn bits- are also delicious. And very cheap also.
