Carolyn,It might be useful for you to do a search on the internet to ascertain what is out there currently and then tell us what you see is a gap in the coverage in any of these arenas. Which lists do you feel are inadequate and why and where do you feel a new list would add substantively to the connections and integration
We are planning a conference on the future of education which will have some interesting and dynamic opportunities in the areas which you mentioned because it will be in a conferencing format (asynchronous). It will be accessible via web browers with full html capabilities and will provide an innovative forum transcending the listserv format
Your response would be valuable to both ourselves and to those on this list and we look forward to your pin pointing exactly where the underserved populations exist and where the existing resources are inadequate
