Do you happen to get the electronic edition of Wind Energy Weekly? (It is free.) Tom Gray does an excellent job of monitoring the renewable energy sector and peoples opinions and political will in this area. One of the issues in the last few months dealt with some local referendums on this issue and if my memory is not too faulty I believe that the people in the referendums said they were willing to pay a premium for environmentally clean energy. I believe his email is mailto:tomgray@igc.apc.org
