I for one agree completely that millions have been wasted on projects designed by the donors rather than those affected.

But, Yvonne, isn't it equally true that millions--even more millions--have been wasted on projects designed by those affected--projects which turned out to be no more successful than those designed by the outsiders, the prejudgers?

In your view, what kind of aid, or help, or expertise, or relationships, or education would be of most use to your country at this moment in its history?
