WHAT are you saying?! You are a "Ph.D Graduate Researcher"??? What research method led you to such an appallingly uninformed--and just plain rude--assertion? (Assuming no evil intent!) What's this minority/majority business? What sort of development thrives on denying the legitimacy of minorities? What about their right to exist? Does your prescription stop short of genocide?
