Some time ago, we had a discussion about population/environment/ etc. Somebody said a great die-off of people (megadeath) was almost inevitable if the world was to get back to its carrying capacity. I really don't want to get into a new discussion of this topic. However, I believe there was some reference to publications that reportedly explained or advocated this view. I was talking last week with somebody who asked for the names of the publications, so he could look for himself. Can someone give me the cite? Thanks.Jon Sanford
