One alternative to MicroBanker that possesses many of the features and flexibility that MicroBanker is lacking and that is adaptable to use with a variety of MicroFinance institutions is INFOCOOPEC and its SIMBA version.
SIMBA is freeware that can be downloaded at the following website:
