We are working on a project to establish centres for the destruction of
Russian (and other bombs) which are stockpiled in arsenals throughout
the world. Present methods involve the explosion of the bombs or sinking
in the sea, both methods which can prove unfriendly to the environment
as well as wasteful.
The method (to which my associates hold the rights outside the CIS)
involves cutting the bomb and extracting scrap metal, explosive and
utra-dispersed carbon powder which contains cluster diamonds. This
powder has a number of uses in lubrication and hardening and is quite
valuable..
The interesting aspect of this is that the owner of these rights, Alexis
Panovas does not wish to use this technology for profit and, in fact,
intends donate any surplus earned to humanitarian causes and Christian
causes. In particular we hope to provide help to those injured by these
weapons and their families. Thus we will be disposing of Bombs, Land Mines
and other stockpiled ammunition at no cost to participating governments and
using the profits to help others
He has been promised sponsorship for the first centre, which will cost
$300,000, if he can enlist the backing of influential groups.
I wonder if your group could provide a letter of support.
What is required is an offer to support us in negotiations with
governments, the Vatican and other churches, to obtain permission to
construct centres and dismantle ammunition and use the proceeds to help
the deprived in those countries where it has been stored.
