The Foundation Networks & Development (FUNREDES, http://funredes.org/english), an NGO dedicated to promote and facilitate the use of the Internet for the empowerment of the South opens a contest for the graphic design of its web site.The contest will take place from 12/23/98 to 1/31/99. Prizes from US$200 to US$900 are offered. A gallery of the best realizations will be maintained on the website.
