Perhaps you missed it, but what you're stating to me is what I'm stating to
Jay.  He's been repeated forwarding messages from his own lists with the
intention of furthering the publicity of his web site and position, and
neither has anything to do with Technology Transfer in International
Development.

Or perhaps you think that the repeated messages about how Oil depleation will cause a global catastrophe based on ficticious assertions of Thermodynamics is on topic? Or maybe the forwarded messages about how the Economic system is the devil is somehow on topic?

I have a technology that I believe will provide significant advantages. I have been developing this technology for the past year, and I believe that it is on topic to discuss on this list. Despite Jay's hyperbole, it's not about furthing the military complex or banks.

And yes, I fully understand that some people are paying to download each and every kilobyte. Yet another reason that Jay should stop wasting our time and bandwidth.
