Dear Kerry Miller and Douglas Hinds, if you feel the need to continue your
conversation, please address your messages to each other, and not to the
list. Personal accusations should remain exacly that. Furthermore, as far
as I am able to decipher your conversation, it is nothing there of interest
for people on a list focusing on technology transfer/international
development (and it has absolutely nothing to do with the start of the
thread).


This is also a criticism of the moderator of this list. Needless to tell,
s/he is not doing his/her job.
