Dear All,

It isn't a joke, although I hope that Robert has some sense of humour left and will accept to communicate and will stop to frighten contributors.

mailto:<granados@vita.org> at VITA was informed on Thursday December 9 th of the nature of the e-mails sent by Robert. Noone at VITA has replied yet apparently. As mentioned earlier this list is not moderated.

Unfortunately Robert has also sent private e-mails and posts to contributors of other lists with a strong intimidation nature: "I have the names of all on this list"... His emails can be quite shocking and even frightening for the recipient. I'm afraid there isn't much to do about it. I tried to ask him privately what he wants, but he will only answer to those he chooses.

I hope this will help people who may receive a post of him in the future.

I don't think that the thread of Douglas and Kerry was responsible of this disruption. I hope that the question raised by John and I about intellectual property isn't perceived as an encouragement of such behaviour.

Regards, Christian
