Dear Gary,Congratulations for the breakthrough agreement, which sounds almost too good to be true. Can you give us a short preview of how this can be done?, the 'agreement that will permit (VITA) and its collaborators to bring low cost email services o rural and isolated areas of developing countries.' For example, will users access the server by using a country's nati nal telephone exchange, or would there be special phones or exchanges? Does this involve calling via a special satelite? In what countries or regions do you anticipate beginning the program?
