I just got a mailing for a new journal that may be interest to the list. I
quote below from the mailing:

"Cambridge University Press is pleased to announce the publication in1996 of a new quarterly journal, Environment and Development economics. Published in association with the Beijer Institute [part of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences], the aim of the journal is to provide a forum for the results of a growing body of research into the linkages between economic development and environmental change. Much of this work lies at the intersection of the disciplines of economics and ecology and deals with the links between environmental change and incentive structures, trade and transfer regimes, demographic pressures, international institutional arrangements, technological change and growth in consumption. Environment and Development Economics publishes papers addressed equally to the research and policy communities and is designed to be accessible to a broad readership."
