HABITAT II NGO FORUM    Istanbul, Turkey

The international community of NGOs is coming together
for a global meeting  at the NGO Forum '96 between May 30
and June 11. The NGO Forum is to take place concurrently
with Habitat II, the UN Conference on Human Settlements,
between June 3 and June 14.
